Likeable Lab is a kick-ass digital marketing agency and we need an uber-likeable account manager to look after our clients across Aotearoa.
With offices in Tauranga and Hamilton and fast growth in the Auckland region, we need an experienced account manager to help us grow further.
About the role
You will look after a wide range of clients and must have plenty of experience to help our clients both creatively and strategically.
You will have solid account management experience including strategic level experience in social media advertising. Design and creative skills are a bonus but even if you are not a designer, you will need to have an eye for good design.
This role suits someone with account management skills on the agency side. You will work from our Likeable Lab office in Tauranga and report to our General Manager.

You will be a self-starter and work unsupervised a lot of the time.

Skills and experience
Have in-depth strategic marketing experience in achieving great results for clients
Showcase strong social media experience in a professional and personal capacity
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills – you must be relatable, professional, well-presented and able to represent our business well at a very high level
Have experience in achieving a real return on investment from advertising campaigns for multiple businesses and brands
Be a creative individual with an eye for quality, who is able to both complete and sign-off on content for clients from a wide range of industries
Be a strategic thinker who can plan campaign goals and achieve measurable business results for clients (business results, not just marketing results)
Have solid social media strategic advertising experience (and boosting posts definitely does not count!)
Have a strong understanding of business and business metrics (such as revenue, leads and sales) even more so than marketing metrics (like reach and engagement)
Will be able to apply yourself to a wide range of businesses, from B2B services to retail brands.
