We’ve been lucky enough to work with Vetora for the past 6 years, and over those years, we’ve adapted their strategy to suit their needs as their services grow. It’s been awesome forming such a long-standing relationship and witnessing Vetora’s growth and success as a business. On the other hand, Vetora has been able to experience Likeable Lab’s growth too, especially our service offerings in the digital marketing space. On our most recent visit, we asked Denise, the Clinic Manager, various questions about their experience working with Likeable Lab over the years.

Q1. Tell us about Vetora Waikato 

We were established in 1943 by the leading farmers of their time who wanted their rural community to have access to the very best veterinarian services. Powered by our members, we reinvest all our profits back into the community and business, ensuring you’re receiving the best practical and technical expertise for your animals, for today and tomorrow. Vetora Waikato has 8 clinics in Hamilton, Cambridge, Te Awamutu, Otorohanga, Putaruru, Whakamaru, Tokoroa and Taupo.

Q2. What is Vetora’s vision & purpose?

We aspire to provide world-class animal health services for our rural communities. Vetora Waikato wanted to have a Social Media presence and engaged with Likeable Lab to post photos and information for us.

Q3. Over the years working with Likeable Lab, have your objectives changed? 

Initially, we would just supply photos of Kittens and Puppies from the clinics. This has more recently become a much more targeted campaign with Likeable Lab planning posts and running informative style posts on FB and Instagram. This year they created a LinkedIn profile for us which is more focused on HR and recruitment.

Q4. How has your service evolved over the past 6 years?

Our followers and engagement in posts have increased hugely over this time and the reports that we get monthly help to target our advertising spending with more focus. We are also using Likeable Lab now to send monthly newsletters to clients and get great detailed reporting on ‘clicks’, ‘opens’ etc.

Q5. What do you love most about Likeable Lab and your relationship? 

Likeable Lab is THE BEST!! The team is proactive in finding content and also very flexible with last-minute information we need to post e.g. kittens to rehome.

Q6. How did you know working with Likeable Lab was successful?

The ease of getting our message out on Social Media and the time I get to spend on other areas of the business are greatly improved with all the work the team does behind the scenes.
