I have been working with Likeable Lab (formerly LeadSocial) for the past two years as our Social Media Agency. As a complete social media novice, Maddie and her team are great at working through the minefield of technical terms with simple graphical pictures and a summary given monthly. They are open to feedback on what is working and not working and what can increase impressions. The organization of posting over various social media pages is seamless, and often posting articles relevant to your profession and driven by their side rather than at your request. Would recommend them to anyone dipping their toe into the Social Media and online presence world to help be your “spirit guide”.

I have been blown away by the professionalism and talent of both Kim and Maddie at Likeable Lab/LeadSocial. Both have been very proactive in finding content, making our page fun and interactive, and keeping our audience engaged.

I personally have been working with Likeablelab (previously known as Lead Social) for the last 5 years, however, New World Rototuna has been working with the company for many years. After a recommendation from a colleague, we outsourced our social media and online marketing to Likeable Lab early in 2021.
